On a.d. X Kal. Oct. ‡, Consul Gaius Fabius Buteo Modianus called for candidates for magistracies for the year MMDCCLX. The following day, Tribune Marcus Moravius Piscinus Horatianus called for candidates for Plebeian offices.

The Comitia Centuriata election took place from a.d. VI Kal. Nov. ‡ 18:00 to prid. Kal. Nov. ‡ 18:00.
The Comitia Populi Tributa election took place from a.d. VI Kal. Nov. ‡ 18:00 to prid. Kal. Nov. ‡ 18:00.
