By this edict, we the consuls both appoint citizens:

- Gnaeus Iulius Caesar
- Marcus Iulius Severus
- Marcus Lucretius Agricola
- Publius Memmius Albucius
- Pompeia Minucia Tiberia

- Marcus Octavius Gracchus
- Gaius Popillius Laenas
- Quintus Valerius Poplicola,
as accensii of joint Consular Cohort together with all the obligations and privileges prescribed by the laws of Nova Roma.
No oath shall be required. This edict takes effect immediately.
Given under our hands this second day of January 2761 a.U.c (AD 2008) in the consulships of M. Moravius and T. Iulius.
