All provincial governors appointed for this year are required to submit a short and concise provincial report about all of their activities and about the community life of their provinces no later than the Ides of November. The report shall cover, concisely, all the time period that hasn't been reported yet. If they fail to submit this report, their governorship expires automatically by the Ides of November, and they will have to apply for the position again.
