- Marcus Octavius Gracchus resigns from the Senate after seven years as Senator.
- Praetor M. Curiatius Complutensis accepts the petitio actionis of K. Fabius Buteo Modianus against Lucius Equitius Cincinnatus Augur [2] and appoints a panel of judges [3].
- Collegium Pontificum session concluded on a.d. IV Id. Feb. ‡
- The Senate is called to meet.
- Gnaeus Salvius Astur resigns from the Senate and Collegium Pontificum.
- Praetor M. Iulius Severus announces that the petitio actionis of Marcus Moravius Piscinus Horatianus Consul against Lucius Equitius Cincinnatus Augur, Pontifex et Augur, will be accepted by the Praetores' Office in the first legally available date.
- After nearly ten years of faithful service, Lucius Equitius Cincinnatus Augur was stripped of his name and titles and banished. In spite of the public outcry, the tribunes and consuls did nothing to halt this.
