Originally Gaius Modius Athanasius, Caeso Fabius Buteo Modianus became a citizen of Nova Roma a.d. VII Kal. Iun. ‡ M. Octavio L. Sulla (II) cos. ‡ MMDCCLV a.u.c.. He is currently serving as a Pontifex, Augur, and Flamen Pomonalis. In M. Curiatio M. Iulio cos. ‡ MMDCCLXII a.u.c., he won the election for Censor Suffectus after the departure of Gaius Popillius Laenas, but a tribunate intercessio of the certification and a subsequent ignoring of said intercessio by the consuls (on account that they believed the veto to be invalid), created a scandal of sorts among some citizens.
