He has been a Nova Roman citizen since dies lunae a.d. XII Kal. Feb. ‡ M. Octavio L. Sulla (II) cos. ‡ MMDCCLV a.u.c.. In addition to serving as Consul and Praetor, Paulinus has also served as Consular Quaestor to Consul Gaius Popillius Laenas, as Tribunus Plebis, as Quaestor to Curule Aedile Gnaeus Equitius Marinus and as Curator Differum (now called Editor Commentariorum).
