In ancient Rome, the ''[[Aerarium Saturni]]'' (so called because it was situated within the temple of Saturn beneath the Capitol) was the repository for all the official financial documents of the state. It also served as the official treasury. The temples of Concordia and Saturnus‎, the place of Roman state treasury

The Aerarium Publicum Populi Novi Romani is the State Treasury of the Nova Roman People, on the model of the ancient Aerarium Populi Romani, also called the Aerarium Saturni. It was called the Treasury of Saturn, because it was situated within the temple of Saturn beneath the Capitol. The Aerarium Saturni served as the Treasury of the Republic, and as the repository for all the financial documents of the state. In Nova Roma, our State Treasury (the Corporate Treasury of Nova Roma, Inc.) includes all official financial documents and treasury reports of the quaestors and the curator aerarii, as well. All financial reports and documents of Nova Roma are available here for the perusal of all at any time.

The Treasury of Nova Roma is directly managed and supervised by the quaestores aerarii (Treasurers of the Corporation) and the curator aerarii (CFO of the Corporation), who are assisted by the staff of the Officium Aerarii (the Office of the Treasury).
