A senatus consultum ("advice of the senate") is the decision of the senate on a subject brought before it by a magistrate with the power to do so. In ancient times senatus consulta had no legal force, but in Nova Roma they are a form of binding law inferior to leges and decreta pontificum but superior to the edicta of magistrates.
This page will list all the senatus consulta of Nova Roma that are currently in effect. As of July 2006, this categorization has only begun, and this list is very incomplete.
